Well, with the Lady Tonic announcement out of the way, we, Kassi & Emma just wanted to take a minute to reflect.

It’s been a frantic past few months since we decided to rebrand. The start of March seen the rebrand come into force, it seems so long ago yet only feels like 5 minutes since we were making design decisions! It’s crazy how time works, isn’t it?

But the rebrand wasn’t the end of our transformation of the business, in fact it was just the beginning. Sometimes the client doesn’t see everything that goes on behind the scenes, so we wanted to let you all in on everything we have been up to since the rebrand went live.

Firstly our marvelous Mei celebrated her 1st anniversary at Fresh Vibes. Mei has been such an amazing addition to the team and her work is out of this world. If you haven’t had the joy yet, what are you waiting for?!

We stepped up our charity work with Kassi attending a couple of local community events, offering free haircuts to help struggling families. As a local business, we pride ourselves on being part of the community and paying it back in this way was is the least we could do. We will be looking forward to continuing this going forward, keep your eyes open for any future events.

We expanded our treatment offerings with Emma gaining her qualifications in Holistic, Gua Sha and Microdermabrasion facials. If you haven’t booked in for a facial yet you are missing out, our heated massage bed just tops the whole experience off! (It really does show Emma’s dedication to our clients to see her work so hard, between her day job and completing these course – Kassi)

On the customer facing side, our website also got treated to a makeover to make it clearer, more accessible and easier for our customers to navigate. Along with this, we launched our Wellness Vibe blog, a part of our site where you can find out more about the benefits of some of our treatments, as well as other useful beauty and self care advice. As a Fresh Vibes customer it doesn’t end when you leave the salon, we like to try to help you feel your best even in between visits.

It really does feel like our world has been going a mile a minute, and that’s on the slow days (what are those!). We have been delighted to welcome so many new faces to the salon over the last couple of months as well as seeing familiar faces return. We really do appreciate every single person who trusts us to provide them with a service.

And what does the future hold? Well we ain’t stopping here, that’s for sure. Work is well under way to expand our offerings further, we will hopefully have some good news to share on that front in the near future.

There has been numerous conversations had as to how to extend our reach and visibility a whilst there is nothing concrete as yet, we hope to have some exciting developments on that front in the coming months.

So there you have it, a behind the scenes looks at our last couple of months. It’s been hectic, tiring, fun, energising… Yes, all at the same time! But rest assured, the salon is in a solid footing and we are working hard to ensure our clients get the best, which is nothing less than you all deserve.
